Cats

Cats can be difficult to transport and handle in the clinic. Even the most calm, well-mannered cats at home can turn into something unrecognizable when they see the carrier. Before loading your cat up for the trip, we recommend looking here for some tips:

Reptile History Form

Reptile clients please print, fill out and bring with you to your visit.

In order to supplement information received at the time of your visit, you will be asked to read one of the following client information sheets.

You will also be presented with an itemized medical proposal for your approval prior to procedures being performed on your pet. You will have the option of approving the recommended plan or modifying it to suit your preferences at the time of your visit; however you may save time by reading the following information as applicable prior to your visit.
