Hours We recently extended our popular Tuesday evening hours to include Wednesday and Thursday as well! Monday: 7AM - 6 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7AM - 8 PM **EXTENDED HOURS THESE DAYS** Friday: 7 AM - 6 PM Our hospital is committed to balancing top quality veterinary medicine with valuable family time. As a result, we are closed Saturdays in exchange for the extended evening hours during the week. Doctor's Hours are by appointment, although we will see walk-ins as time allows. You are more than welcome to drop off your pet for later pick up if that better suits your schedule. Please know that we treat your pets like family while they are in our care. If you need us after hours, please do not hesitate to call our main number, 268-5003. Our clients are more than welcome to call anytime, for any question or concern. Our voice mail system will direct you through several options, one of which is to leave a message in the after hours consultation box for a return phone call. Should your pet need veterinary care during times we are closed, you have several options in the Austin-San Antonio area for 24 hour veterinary hospitals. Below is a short list of some of the hospitals that may be able to provide after-hours care. Please call them before you leave your home. You may also do a general yellow pages search if you prefer. Please know that we do not endorse nor are we affiliated with any of the below hospitals. Emergency Pet Center: New Braunfels 280 N. Business 35 Suite 100 830-609-2873 This may be a little farther drive, but many clients report that the traffic and hassle is much less, and actually is a little quicker drive than many of the Austin hospitals. This is the newest emergency animal hospital in the area, and we have had many good reports from clients. Emergency Animal Hospital of Northwest Austin: South Location 4434 Frontier Trail (Behind Cavender's by Central Market-just off Ben White at 360) Please note they are not open Saturday morning, and have little to no provision for ongoing care. Pets dropped off for treatment must be picked up the next morning, even if Saturday when many regular hospitals (including ours) are closed.
